Kelly Parks won't be a candidate for re-election to the 4th District Sedgwick County Commission seat. The announcement comes in an e-mail from fellow commissioner Karl Peterjohn. Parks did not announce specific plans besides that he would not be seeking reelection. There are two candidates seeking Park's county commission seat: former Wichita City Council member Sharon Fearey and former county commissioner Lucy Burtnett.
