Contest Rules
These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Entercom Wichita, LLC d/b/a KNSS (“Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 2120 N. Woodlawn, Suite 352, Wichita, KS, 67208, during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s website at 1053thebuzz.com. To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.
1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
2. To enter this contest:
(a) From Monday, Feb 1, 2010 and ending 4pm Feb 12, 2010, Monday through Friday, go to KNSSradio.com and answer the Shark Contest questions.
(b) All qualifiers will win a Qualifying Prize and go into the random Grand Prize drawing which will take place on or about Feb 12, 2010, at which time one qualifier will be randomly chosen as the Grand Prize winner, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the contest rules. Winner will be notified by email 5pm on Feb 18, 2010. Station will only be required to email one (1) message at the email provided in entry. If no response is reached, Station will not be obligated to attempt any further contact.
3. Odds of winning depend upon the number of calls received at the times solicited and the order in which calls are answered. Odds of a qualifier winning the grand prize will be no more than 1:65.
4. Qualifying prizes:
§ Two (2) tickets to the Kansas Sports Boat and Travel Show 2010. This certificate has no cash value. All certificates issued will expire on Feb 28, 2010, unless otherwise as required by law. Certificates may not be used with any other offer, discount, or promotion, and must be presented at the time of ordering. Each certificate is valued at approximately $10.00. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or misdirected certificates or for printing errors.
5. Grand Prize:
§ $100 dollar shopping spree at 2010 Kansas Sports Boat and Travel Show.
§ Approximate total retail value: $100.00.
6. The sponsors of this contest are: Entercom Wichita, LLC, Kansas Sports Boat and Travel Show.
