EL DORADO, Kan. - The El Dorado Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating victims of a crime they may not be aware of.
Officers recently arrested a suspect accused of taking pictures and videos under women's dresses and skirts. Police believe most of the incidents happened at Dillons, Walmart and Goodwill stores in El Dorado.
Investigators have been able to ID and contact some of the crime victims, but say there are 15 to
20 more women they've been unable to identify.
Officers are asking for any women in the community who suspect they may have been a victim to
contact Detective Schreiber at (316) 321-9120. The suspicious activity would have involved a
black man in his mid to late 40s who would have knelt beside victims at the stores.
