(LOS ANGELES) -- On Wednesday, TMZ obtained video of Kanye West proposing to Kim Kardashian at AT&T Park in San Francisco Monday, which revealed the rapper presenting a ring on bended knee while a 50-piece orchestra played in the background. Now, however, the couple is reportedly planning to sue the culprit who released their proposal video.
Sources reveal to TMZ that the pair is not happy about the video being shown without their consent. Kardashian and West reportedly had everyone who attended their engagement party sign a confidentiality agreement, and the gossip site claims a "lawsuit is imminent" since the couple has an idea of who leaked the video to the media.
Meanwhile, TMZ is also reporting that West and Kardashian intend to sign a prenuptial agreement because they believe it's a smart move as business people.
