CORNING, Kan. - A rollover accident in Nemaha County claimed the life of a young woman. Authorities say Kayla Strathman, 20, of Baileyville was driving south on Highway 63, south of Corning, early Sunday morning when her vehicle drifted off the road. The vehicle hit a field driveway, became airborne and rolled, ejecting the woman.
A passerby spotted the wreckage just after 4:30 a.m. Sunday and called authorities. EMS and law enforcement arrived and pronounced Strathman dead at the scene.
