WICHITA, Kan. - Police say a teenager was shot during an aggravated residential robbery in north Wichita Saturday night. Police Sgt. Bart Brunscheen said that shortly before 9 p.m. three males armed with guns entered a residence in the 1200 block of north Hyraulic and confronted a 24 year old woman. The Sgt. said a man who lived at the home came out of a back bedroom armed with a gun and fired several shots at the suspects who then fled, leaving the scene in a Chevy Impala. Police say a short time later a 15 year old male showed up at the emergency room of Wesley Medical Center with two gunshot wounds. Police investigating determined the two incidents were connected. The suspect was treated and then released. He was booked into the juvenile intake and assessment center. Police are looking for three additional suspects. The 28 year old man who fired the shots in the house was also arrested as a felon in possession of a firearm.
