WICHITA, KS - The help wanted sign is out at Beechcraft. The Wichita plane maker is ready to start new hiring after emerging from chapter 11 bankruptcy last month.
Beechcraft spokeswoman, Nicole Alexander says there are more than 80 positions needing to be filled immediately. They include administrative, professional and engineering. Alexander says this is Beechcraft's first push on hiring and says there will likely be more job openings throughout the year.
After nearly a year of dealing with bankruptcy issues the company is moving forward knowing what products it will focus on and hiring to build and market those.
