WICHITA - Early Sunday evening, some motorists in east Wichita faced a unique traffic hazard, where a 33-year-old man was dancing in the street at Kellogg & Rock Road.
     The dancer was obstructing traffic. When police arrived, the man tried to evade capture, but he was tased.
     The man was hospitalized for a mental evaluation; a small amount of marijuana was found on the dancing man.
