One Person Killed in Collision with Semi in South Sedg. Co.

WICHITA, Kan. - One person has died in an accident involving a semi in southern Sedgwick County Friday afternoon.
Around 3:45 p.m. emergency crews were sent to the scene near the intersection of 119th Street South and Broadway, just north of the Sedgwick/Sumner County line.

Authorities say an SUV and a semi collided nearly head-on. One person was pronounced dead on the scene. There are no reports of any other injuries.
