WICHITA, Kan. - Charges have been filed following an incident Wednesday over a wrong fast food order at a Wichita McDonalds, that led to a standoff. Sean Costa, 24, and Melissa Palacios, 27 made thier first appearance in Sedgwick County Court on Friday.
Each were charged with four counts of aggravated assault and one count of criminal possession of a firearm. The preliminary hearing for Costa and Palacios is currently scheduled for January 24.
