WICHITA - A case of potential child endangerment in southwest Wichita. Officials got an anonymous tip, saying there were two pre-teens living in a house with unacceptable living conditions.
     Officers went to the address; the front door was unlocked, and they went inside. There was no one home, but the house was filled with trash, and infested with cockroaches.
     Police came back later in the day, and made contact with a the guardian of the children: a 48-year-old woman. The kids were taken into police protective custody as the investigation continues.
