HUTCHINSON, Kan.  -  Hutchinson Police say an armed man who barricaded himself inside of a home is now in custody.
     Police Captain Troy Hoover said that Justin Lee Wolke, 30, was violating his parole while in Hutchinson. Wolke is on parole for aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a felon.
     Wednesday afternoon, police in Hutchinson tried to stop a car that had been reported stolen out of Wichita.  The driver sped away, but later bailed out in the area of 9th and Monroe. He then ran inside a nearby home in the 800 block of North Monroe.
     Two people who were inside the home and acquaintances of Wolke, made it out safely.  Detectives who made contact with Wolke via a cell phone said he only requested a pack of cigarettes.
     About a mile radius from the home had been blocked off to traffic and residents in the area were asked to stay indoors.  The nearby Allen Magnet School was on lock down for about two hours Wednesday afternoon and parents were asked to pick up their students at the north entrance of the school.
     No one was hurt. Wolke is now being held in the Reno County Jail.
