JB Lacroix/WireImage(NEW YORK) -- Jersey Shore star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is suing a vodka company called Devotion Spirits, claiming it failed to live up to the terms of an endorsement deal he has with it, according to TMZ.com.
He alleges, among other things, that under the terms of the 2010 agreement, his ownership stake in the company was supposed to increase from eight percent to 10 percent after one year, but it hasn't played out that way.
He seeks the full 10 percent, plus other damages.
