BLACKWELL, Okla. - A portion of Interstate 35 south of the Kansas-Oklahoma border has been closed due to dangerous driving conditions. I-35 is closed in both directionrs between Tonkawa and Blackwell, Oklahoma. A dust storm has reduced visibility to near zero.
Numerous accidents have been reported. Drivers are asked to avoid the area.
