Interstate Reopens After Dust Storm in N. Oklahoma

     BLACKWELL, Okla.  -  Authorities in Blackwell, Okla. say the portion of I-35 which was closed Thursday afternoon because of a dust storm has reopened.  I-35 was closed in both directions between Tonkawa and Blackwell, Okla.  A dust storm reduced visibility to near zero.

     The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 27 cars were involved in a dozen accidents.  There were reports of injuries, but none were believed to be life-threatening.
