WICHITA, Kan.  -  An accident involving a car and a motorcycle shut down traffic on a southeast Wichita street.  It happened just after 6:00 p.m. Wednesday in the 3300 block of 31st Street South.
     Authorities say a car was turning left from Southern Hill Retirement Center on to 31st Street, and the diriver did not see an eastbound motorcycle and collided with it, throwing its rider over the car.
     The man, 42, on the motorcycle was taken to Wesley Medical Center in critical condition.  No names have been released, and no other injuries were reported.
