WICHITA, Kan.  -  A Westar representative says, as of 6:00 p.m. Thursday night, power has been restored to the pump station northeast Wichita.  The outage caused city officials to urge water customers east of Rock Road and all of Andover to limit their water usage.
     The problem was discovered late Wednesday at the pump station near 21st and Webb Road.  Officials originally expected power to be restored by Friday.
     The City of Wichita still urges affected residents to not water lawns until Saturday
