WICHITA, Kan.  -  A driver involved in a deadly crash on Kellogg last weekend has been charged in court.  The accident happened in the 500 block of W. Kellogg around 10:30 p.m. last Friday.
     Prosecutors charged Robert Blessman, 23, with second-degree murder, or in the alternative involuntary manslaughter and DUI, in the death of Jerodd Moffett, 27.  Moffett was a passenger in Blessman's car.
     Police said the car was speeding down Kellogg, when the vehicle lost control, hit the center divider and rolled. Authorities said the car may have been traveling at least 90 mph prior to the accident.  Moffett was thrown from the car. He died at the scene.
     Blessman was also charged with driving on a suspended license.  His bond was set at $200,000.  He will return to court July 19 for a preliminary hearing.
