ARKANSAS CITY, Kan. - An Amber Alert has been issued in Kansas.
     4-year-old Anthony Hernandez has been missing since yesterday. He was last seen in the 600 block of south Sixth Street in Arkansas City.
     Anthony Hernandez has brown hair and hazel eyes. He stands 2-feet-five-inches and weighs 38 pounds. He was last seen wearing a yellow tank top, black shorts with yellow stripes, and yellow spongebob square pants crocks.
     Anthony is belived to be with Francisco Lopez - a 33-year-old male - described as white, bald, five-feet-five-inches tall, and weighing 2-hundred pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing a dark blue t-shirt and dark
blue shorts.
     The suspect owns a 2003 White Chevrolet Cavalier, bearing an Oklahoma license plate of 3-3-6 H-P-W. A reflector on the rear of the vehicle between the back brake lights is broken.
     Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or the K-B-I at 1-800-K-S-Crime.
