WICHITA, Kan.  -  One person has died following a two-vehicle accident on Kellogg in downtown Wichita.  It happened just after 10:30 p.m. Friday night at Kellogg and Sycamore.  Emergency crews had to shut down traffic in both the east bound and west bound lanes in the accident area.  
     The name of the accident victim has not been released.  The cause, remains under investigation.
