WICHITA, Kan.  A spokesman for Westar energy says about 2,200 customers in Sedgwick County without power.  And power has been flickering in most parts of the city of Wichita Monday evening.  The problem is being attributed to overloads.  The company says they have crews are scattered about the city and county, but there's no official estimate on a time of power restoration.
     Officials say if you are without power, to do what you can to stay cool.
