WICHITA, Kan.  -  Detectives with the Accident Follow Up Unit of the Wichita Police Department have identified and arrested a Wichita man, 20, for the fatal Hit and Run Collision which killed John Fuqua on May 19.  The accident happened around 11:30 p.m. last Saturday night in the 1900 block of S. Seneca.  The subject has been booked into the Sedgwick County Adult Detention Facility for the charges of Vehicular Homicide and Felony Hit and Run.
     Detectives are still looking for information about the second vehicle which struck the victim. It is described as a light or metallic colored SUV or Crossover type vehicle.  It was last seen near May and Seneca just prior to the collision.  Any information can be called into 911 or the Accident Follow Up Unit at 268-4131.
