HAYS, Kan. - A man from Larned died in the head-on collision of his car and a truck in northwest Kansas. The Highway Patrol identifies the dead man as 18-year-old Trevor Houston Greathouse. The crash occurred on Highway 183 about eight miles south of Hays. The other driver, 48-year-old Charles McGinnes of Hays, was taken to the Hays Medical Center.
