It doesn't matter what is proposed, there will always be people who complain and find problems.

this pipeline will not represent 1/10th of 100th of the miles of pipeline over the Ogallala Aquifer, which include: oil, gas, ammonia, sewer, refined fuels, and ethanol!!!

Pipeline not needed
We are currently EXPORTING fuel. So this pipeline is clearly not needed save to make more money for the oil and gas companies selling fuel to other countries and over charging us at home. The risk is not justified.
