A body was found at a pond in northeast Wichita on Saturday, and the autopsy results are in from the Sedgwick County Forensic Science Center: it's the body of 49-year-old Reena Mullick, the woman who disappeared on April 8th.

The body was found 11 days after Mullick disappeared from her nearby home. Police had searched the pond area previously, but had not found anything. 

Police do not suspect foul play. Mullick had recently switched medications before she went missing.
