WICHITA, Kan. - Approximately 900 Westar Energy customers in northwest Wichita are without power. At around 11:30 a.m., crews responded to a transformer on fire just west of 29th Street North and Ridge Road.
     The fire was extinguished quickly, and Westar crews are working to fix the problem.
