Man Arrested For Assaulting Gas Co. Employee



      WICHITA, Kan.  -  A northwest Wichita homeowner was arrested Tuesday night after allegedly pulling a gun on a gas company employee.
     According to police, an employee with the Kansas Gas Service was called out to check on a possible gas leak at a home in the 3400 block of West Crystal Beach, near 53rd and Meridian..
     When he arrived around 9:20 p.m., police said the man, 55, who lives there, came out with a gun and pointed it at the employee's head, threatening to kill him.
     The gas service worker called 911 and when officers arrived, they arrested the homeowner for aggravated assault with a firearm.  No one was hurt.
