KBI Asks for Help in Effort to Find Missing Child.



     OTTAWA, Kan.  -   The Kansas Bureau of Investigation is asking for the publics help in finding a young girl.  Her mother was one of three people found dead at a Franklin County farm this past week.  Franklin county authorities Wednesday made a positive identification that one of three bodies was Kaylie Bailey.   While a suspect is in custody and Kaylie’s vehicle has been recovered in Emporia, Kansas, the child is still missing.   
     Lana-Leigh Bailey, an 18 month old female toddler, 2 feet tall, 30 lbs., with  light brown hair, blue eyes, was last seen on May 1st in Olathe, Kansas on her way to rural Franklin county with her mother, Kaylie Bailey, in black 2007 Toyota 4 door Corolla bearing Kansas Tag 618DAA, with a tag on front saying ‘Shawna’s toy’ and duct tape on passenger side mirror.
