Wichita, KS- A member of the Urban Search and Rescue team is in a Wichita hospital after a training accident this morning.
The team was practicing search and rescue in a concrete construction dump site in the 4000 Blk of N. Webb road just before 9:30 this morning when the 44 year old man became trapped by a large piece of contrete.
It took emergency crews about 15 minutes to free the victim. His arm is possibly crushed and his leg is also injured. The victim was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
